Job Title: Senior Solar Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our solar power plant construction project in Nueva Ecija. As a Senior Solar Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₱800,000 - ₱1,200,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest ground mount solar farm power plants in the world. As a Senior Solar Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines;
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed;
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector;
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving project goals;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
