We're looking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences over the phone, via email, and online chat.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to multitask, accessing multiple computer screens while assisting customers. You'll also need to be able to resolve customer concerns with exceptional customer experience.

In addition to excellent communication and computer navigation skills, you'll need at least 6 months of BPO experience and the ability to type 35 words per minute. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are also essential.
