About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates, leveraging various channels and sources.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential hires, networking through professional groups on social media and during events, to build trust and credibility.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop interview plans, and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Screen resumes and job applications to identify the most suitable candidates, utilizing a combination of technical skills and behavioral assessments.
  5. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Lead interviews with candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive), making informed decisions based on thorough evaluations.
  7. Monitor and analyze hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  8. Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys, gathering valuable feedback and insights to enhance the recruitment experience.
  9. Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency and respect.
