We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed building information models using Revit.

  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.\
  • Develop and maintain project databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.\
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.\
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts.\
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.\
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.\
  • Work closely with the design team to develop and implement project designs.\
  • Ensure all work is completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards.\
  • Release technical queries daily and maintain compliance with relevant standards.\
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.\
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Develop and maintain skills in emerging technologies such as BIM, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.\
