Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of digital marketing initiatives, including building and executing campaigns, creating on-brand digital assets, and managing social media content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.
  • Create on-brand digital assets, including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
  • Manage social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Analyse eDM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  2. Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  3. Experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
  4. A strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  6. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  7. Bonus if you have experience in women's health, beauty, wellness or ecommerce industries.
  8. A positive, can-do attitude, you're collaborative, open-minded, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  9. Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve.
