Performance Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands across various platforms. You will work closely with our art director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma and have a strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.

A successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. They must also be fluent in English and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the art director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
