About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Software Developer to excel in our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to create intuitive features that empower users to understand and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and upholds data privacy and security standards.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive customer success.
  • Drive high-quality software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services to enhance platform capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in cloud-based environments.
  • Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus).
  • Familiarity with agile processes for building distributed systems, Android applications, and/or e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to tackle challenges head-on and achieve goals.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes.
  • Excel at working in small, dynamic groups.
