We are seeking a seasoned campaigner with expertise in navigating risks, particularly those related to climate change, anti-democracy, and dis/misinformation.

This role will involve working closely with our Global Risk Team, collaborating with risk managers and associates to embed robust risk practices within the design and delivery of impactful campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will engage with campaigns at various stages of development, providing a risk management perspective and guidance to internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing risk assessments and recommendations for campaign materials and directions.
  • Collaborating with risk champions to identify, assess, and monitor project risks.
  • Developing response plans and mitigation strategies to address high-risk activities.
  • Reviewing and refining policies and procedures to optimize risk management processes.
  • Supporting global risk management strategy and operationalizing governance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in campaigns and risk management, preferably in an international organization or with a global footprint.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience working in asynchronous environments.
  • Facilitation skills to manage complex conversations and disagreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across levels and effectively communicate with colleagues.
  • Fluency in English, our working language; additional languages are an asset.
