Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

The job entails monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents across various environments.

This is a hands-on role where expertise will directly contribute to strengthening defenses and protecting clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and responding to security events using advanced tools and established processes.
  • Conducting thorough investigations of escalated security threats and providing detailed analysis.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams as needed to address security incidents.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, and security trends.
  • Tuning and evaluating existing security solutions for maximum effectiveness.
  • Contributing to incident response planning and procedures.
  • Providing escalation support to security operations and managing customer support teams.
  • Effectively managing multiple investigations and incidents.
Requirements:
  • A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field (bachelor's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in information security and technology, including 2 years in security operations or incident response.
  • Vendor certifications for operating and managing security solutions.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS CSC.
  • Proficiency with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, PAM/PIM, and network security tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to quality and high ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in information security and technology.
  • Vendor certifications for operating and managing security solutions.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS CSC.
  • Proficiency with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, PAM/PIM, and network security tools.
