At Kimiki Solutions Inc., we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist in the management of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processing, data entry, and record-keeping, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all balances are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial records, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and employee records, guaranteeing compliance with company policies.
  • Process payments, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely collections for accounts payable and receivable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred.
