About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team at Security Bank Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing enablement on our enterprise data analytics platforms, working closely with business segments to understand their critical use cases, and engaging in large-scale strategic programs. If you have a passion for data and analytics and want to drive business growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business segments to identify and prioritize projects that align with the company's goals
• Design and develop enablement on our enterprise data analytics platforms
• Partner with vendors and other technical stakeholders to build teaching assets that will be reusable and compound intellectual property

About You
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying data, analytics, or machine learning solutions, as well as 2+ years of coding experience and familiarity with at least one programming language, are also necessary.
