Job Title: Financial Management Lead

This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day details while driving process and system improvements as we scale.

The primary focus will be on leading accounting and finance operations across the group of companies, with most responsibilities (≈85%) focusing on the company's primary U.S. business.

A key aspect of this position is managing month-end close for multiple entities, preparing and filing multi-state sales taxes, computing sales commissions, and ensuring accuracy/timeliness.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing payroll bi-monthly, issuing timely financial statements and management reports, and leading cash flow planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.

An additional requirement is supervising accounts receivable and payable staff, maintaining reconciliations (bank, credit card, accruals, deposits), and participating in leadership meetings and maintaining company scorecard metrics.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Finance Controller to take charge of financial operations and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-state sales/use tax, proficiency in NetSuite, and experience supervising accounting staff.

In addition, the successful candidate will have hands-on reconciliation and close process expertise, comfort managing multiple entities, and be able to drive process improvement in NetSuite.
