Job Description

The successful candidate will play a critical role in our Programme and Project Management team, assisting in the delivery of large and complex projects. This requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality and compliance checks on documentation prior to issuance.
  • Closely collaborating with junior document controllers to maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Supporting tasks such as document scanning, registration, and distribution.
  • Uploading/downloading electronic architectural drawings and technical documents.
  • Ensuring complete project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, IT, etc.).
  • Significant experience supporting complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and coordinate multiple project aspects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in desktop applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Electronic Document Management Systems.
