Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Architect to join our team at WTW. In this strategic role, you will play a key part in delivering successful enhancements for the HCM Cloud suite.

  • You will work closely with the functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suites.
  • Your hands-on approach will enable you to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs, and develop new tools related to HCM data migration and reporting.
  • You must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules to design and build solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
  • Experience in delivering Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features is essential.
  • You should have complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
  • Resolving performance issues in data migration, integration, and reporting tracks requires expertise in tuning SQL and best practices for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
  • A subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules and tool sets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA) is required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications is necessary.
