This is a temporary, remote opportunity to support disaster relief efforts.
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills to work on a as-needed basis.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn common requests and solutions
- Improve customer experience
- Utilize provided service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to type swiftly and accurately, possess strong team orientation, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role operates in a professional setting, with the employee being largely sedentary while using a computer and telephone headset.
