We are seeking a passionate individual to fill this luxury brand evaluator role.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work on various projects, visiting luxury stores or evaluating online from the comfort of your home.

  • Luxury Store Visits: Observe boutiques, experience showrooms, and evaluate after-sales services.
  • Online Evaluations: Purchase online, check ambience, and assess overall customer experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing honest feedback through questionnaires, helping us refine our services and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About This Role

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the luxury industry, working with high-end brands and products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Luxury Store Visits: Observe store operations, interact with customers, and evaluate overall customer experience.
  2. Evaluate Online Products: Research and purchase online, check product quality, and assess overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide Feedback: Complete questionnaires and surveys, providing detailed feedback on your experiences.
