Administrative Support Professional
The role of the Administrative Support Professional is multifaceted and dynamic. As a key contact for tenants, you will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with a collaborative team that values clear communication and tenant satisfaction.
- Respond to incoming tenant calls and inquiries regarding properties, accounts, and rental terms.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
- Document all call details accurately and ensure issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the relevant team members.
- Maintain a helpful and reassuring tone to support positive tenant relationships.
As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a central role in connecting residents with fast, effective solutions. You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure every issue is resolved smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Empathetic communication skills: Warm, soft-spoken, and great at listening—able to calmly handle tenant concerns.
- Organized: Able to stay on top of call documentation and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to follow up with management and ensure issues are addressed without delay.
- General work experience is required. Experience in call centers, reception, or property management support is a plus, but not necessary.
