Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for aligning IT plans with business goals and strategies, managing client relationships, and conducting regular client touchpoints to provide project status updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align IT plans of business units with the business units' goals and strategies.
  • Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide status of priority projects and BAU requests.
  • Oversee ideation activities and initiation activities for enhancements and subscriptions.
  • Review and coordinate with appropriate business units for relevant costs and budget associated with their projects.
  • Negotiate with clients on issues related to resource contention and delivery dates.
  • Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancements requested by business units.
  • Participate in the preparation of business case and high-level requirements documents.
Requirements
  • Obtained a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in aligning IT plans with business goals and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and conducting regular client touchpoints.
  • Experience in ideation and initiation activities for IT enhancements and subscriptions.
