About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nurse Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of our health plan, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with COMPANY and CLIENT to ensure efficient day-to-day administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage, and Dental Program.
  • Manage and track receipts of additions/deletions, including endorsements, billing, and membership IDs from Principals, Dependents, and Extended Dependents of CLIENT in collaboration with COMPANY.
  • Process and monitor claims for reimbursement submitted by members after reviewing claims documentation and completeness in conjunction with COMPANY.
  • Communicate promptly with COMPANY regarding any urgent cases requiring attention.
