Job Summary:

This role is responsible for verifying the creditworthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants by checking various documents with different private and government agencies. The role also involves evaluating collateral being offered to the bank to secure a loan, ensuring that appraisals are within the prescribed TAT and meeting acceptable standards.

Role Exposure:

  1. Broaden your competencies in credit evaluation/investigation
  2. Level up your teamwork and collaboration skills as you review loan applications

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Engineering or any course with an Economics background
  2. At least 1 year of experience as a CI/Appraiser in a bank or appraisal firm
  3. Good analytical, communication, and written skills
  4. Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage
