Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer is a critical role within our organization. This position involves designing and developing complex features, writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, leading/participating in technical discussions and code reviews, mentoring junior developers, participating in architectural decisions, establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices, taking ownership of critical technical components, identifying and resolving complex system issues, evaluating and implementing appropriate technologies, optimizing application performance and scalability, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, balancing technical debt with feature delivery, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting recruitment and technical interviews.

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js
  • Strong experience with Python / Django
  • Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Experience with unit testing and continuous integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
  • Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)
