The role requires:

  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, predict future trends, and develop effective brand strategies.
  • Managing marketing campaigns across online platforms, especially social media, to ensure clients' products and services meet customers' expectations and build credibility.
  • Analyzing campaign success, creating reports with actionable insights, and supervising content production to maintain consistency in branding and meet clients' targets.
  • Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and managing productions to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in brands management in an agency setting.
  • A proven track record in managing multiple brands, delivering projects on time, and creating effective content and brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison and internal team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage multiple brands and small production teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and experience with productivity tools.
