Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Great phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to multitask while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must work well as a member of a team and independently.
  • Confidentiality is essential when handling sensitive data.
  • Prior admin or phone calling experience is required.
  • Prior real estate experience is strongly preferred.
