This role requires a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust by interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, proven experience in Marketing Cloud, and familiarity with integration techniques and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Analysis: Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Accurately document technical specifications, processes, and best practices, contributing to the knowledge base and ensuring project consistency.
  • Problem-Solving and Integration: Address and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with the integration team, ensuring seamless system performance.
