About the Role

The Airfreight Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring secure and compliant handling of valuable cargo airfreight. This includes coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to support door-to-door delivery.

You will also handle logistics documentation and monitor shipment milestones. Additionally, you will serve as the local representative of the company, handling basic admin tasks remotely and supporting the establishment of a local entity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full shipment cycle of valuable cargo airfreight, ensuring secure and compliant handling
  • Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to support door-to-door delivery
  • Handle logistics documentation and monitor shipment milestones
  • Serve as the local representative of the company, handling basic admin tasks remotely and supporting the establishment of a local entity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the airfreight or logistics industry, preferably in valuable cargo
  • Strong knowledge of IATA airfreight procedures and local customs regulations
  • Experience working remotely and independently, with strong self-management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, logistics platforms, and CRM tools
