We are seeking a skilled Hydronic Engineer to join our team at Gies Property Management Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining hydronic heating and cooling systems.

• Design and install hydronic heating and cooling systems to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Test and validate hydronic systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices.
• Conduct site visits to assess and report on hydronic system conditions.

• Extensive experience in hydronic system design and installation.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex hydronic issues.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
