Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Taxation Specialist to join our team at CJ SMART FREIGHT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing for and handling tax audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in tax reconciliation statements.
  • Review and prepare tax returns for various filing periods, guaranteeing timely submission and accuracy.
  • Support the development of financial reports, reimbursement processes, petty cash management, check issuance, and payable operations.
  • Verify the accuracy of tax accounts to ensure correct financial statement reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in financial software and MS Office; outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
  • Personal Attributes: High attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong ethical standards and integrity; proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits, aligning with HQ Finance policies and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Communicate financial performance and strategies to management, including operation alignment with other departments.
  • Conduct continued education and training for the finance team.
  • Foster solutions for problematic issues within the department, aligned with SOP.
