Quality Assurance Expert: Our team is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Expert to review and improve the creative quality of customer requests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and be proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of the client's services.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing creative output to ensure adherence to clients' quality control standards and surpassing expectations regarding creative quality.
  • Maintaining high productivity and efficiency, reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examining customers' concerns from a quality perspective and offering valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
  • Performing technical reviews and providing well-founded feedback to creatives on requests, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and general industry standards.
  • Adhering to established quality control procedures while utilizing platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborating closely with teammates and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Remaining well-informed about the latest updates and pertinent information concerning the creative review process, ensuring the enforcement of up-to-date procedures.
  • Generating weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.


Requirements include:
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
  • Capacity to effectively comprehend information, ensuring a thorough review of requests based on client details and ticket specifications.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry, coupled with a constant drive to stay informed on evolving industry trends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in order to reach team goals and metrics.
