Senior Software Developer

Our team is looking for a talented software developer to join our engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining NetSuite-based solutions that power our internal operations and customer-facing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, with a strong understanding of SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler. You should also be proficient in HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

• Development & Implementation:
  • Develop custom code using SuiteScript to meet product and customer requirements
  • Design and build custom NetSuite objects, forms, and user interfaces
  • Create and maintain SuiteBundler/SuiteApp solutions and SuiteFlow workflows
  • Implement automated business processes and data validation rules
  • Build integrations between NetSuite and external systems
• System Administration & Maintenance:
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, security profiles, and permissions
  • Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, and data structures
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Support data migrations and system upgrades
  • Work with Product, Design, and Business Operations teams to understand requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Support testing efforts and ensure quality deliverables

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development
  • 1-2 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, database design, and stored procedures
  • Experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server
  • Understanding of ERP business processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Preferred:
  • Agentic AI and LLMs
  • NetSuite certifications (Developer, Administrator)
  • Experience with SuiteBundler/SuiteApp development and deployment
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with other enterprise systems or ERPs
  • Knowledge of business process automation and workflow design
