We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as an Architectural Technician/Draftsperson.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations. They will work closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into reality, ensuring that all documentation is of the highest quality and meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, incorporating architectural designs and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality drawings and documents, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales.
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to drafting.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas.
