Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is the single point of contact for assigned projects, defining objectives and responsible for planning, implementation, closure, and evaluation in accordance with standards, knowledge areas, and principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Ensures the project adheres to industry best practices contributing to the improvement of internal processes by defining standards and measures of success.
  • Establishes project governance with clients.
  • Conducts regular sessions to evaluate project status deliverables and outputs ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients stakeholders partners and team members.
  • Coordinates scheduling and completion of go-live activities for seamless transition.
Requirements:
  • Proven project management skills including managing multiple projects and work streams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Agile Waterfall or Lean experience with Agile Scrum is a plus.
  • Technological proficiency with IT and project management tools like MS Project Jira Trello.
  • Knowledge in IT service management practices.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage actions proactively within IT teams.
