Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Flatworld Philippines. As a key member of our business expansion team, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth efforts through strategic B2B initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Engage with decision-makers and senior leadership within target businesses to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
  • Bypass gatekeepers to access decision-makers and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying future business opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
