We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Analyst to join our team at Manpower Philippines. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing centralized finance & accounting transactions on behalf of assigned affiliates country/ies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a finance and accounting role, with prior experience in a Shared Service environment or the Oil, Gas, and Energy industries being an advantage. You will also possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP) and be proficient in SAP, MBC, and other similar ERP and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process centralized finance & accounting transactions for assigned affiliates country/ies
- Ensure adherence to compliance standard policies and processes
- Perform global review of extracted transactions and identify atypical postings
- Prepare anti-corruption accounting controls reviews
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Proficiency in SAP, MBC, and other similar ERP and finance systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with analytical mindset
