Cruise Administration Services Inc (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Consultant to join their Fleet Operations team at Holland America in Manila.

This role is available to candidates located in the Philippines only.

Job Details:

The Shipboard Human Resources Consultant will provide strategic support in administering shipboard contracts and wages for Executive Officers and Officers, ensuring timely resolution of payroll and contractual queries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Support: Provide expert advice on human resources matters, including contract and wage administration.
  • Payroll Resolution: Directly address all payroll, wage, and contractual inquiries in a prompt manner.
  • Audit MAPS Data: Conduct thorough audits via established reports to guarantee data integrity.
  • Error Reporting: Report errors in a timely fashion and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Support Shipboard Teams: Collaborate with payroll and compensation teams to update ranks and wages for payroll processing.
  • Promotions and Wage Calculations: Finalize promotions, calculate wages for Officers and Executive Officers, and update Temporary Work Contracts.
  • Currency and Pay Structure Changes: Convert wages and update MAPS contracts due to approved changes in currency or pay structure.

For this role, we require:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years in Human Resources, preferably with contract administration and wages experience. International experience is a plus.
  • Desirable Skills: Shipboard experience.
