We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Tahj/Nsdmm Management Services Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and making recommendations to guests accordingly.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Fostering strong relationships with guests, responding to their feedback, and implementing changes to improve the overall guest experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Highly trainable, mature, and well-mannered individual with excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
