Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Full time

LSEG invites applications for the position of Enterprise Technical Consultant, part of its Customer Implementation & Professional Services group. As an integral member of this team, you will perform technical work remotely and onsite to fulfill customer contracts in product installation, move, add, and change (IMAC). You will also be involved in sales and pre-sales stages to verify prerequisites for an accurate contract from a technical perspective. Additionally, you will provide consultancy to other roles within the CIPS group on technical/product-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customer IT departments to ensure seamless product installation and support.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize customer impact.
  • Share technical expertise with other Implementation teams and SAM teams.
  • Partner with support partners and product specialists to enhance product specialization.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant technical and product trends through continuous learning.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve project goals independently.
  • Promote standard processes and escalate issues effectively.
  • Adaptable to work on a US shift.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in operating systems (Linux and Windows) and networking technologies.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing technical service roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a virtual environment to deliver projects or resolve issues.
  • Independent worker with excellent time management and crisis management skills.
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE is a plus.
  • Coding skills are highly valued.
