Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Management Representative to join our team at Out of the Box Practices, Inc. This role involves managing our existing customer portfolio effectively to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with field-based teams. They will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our existing accounts, negotiating agreements to secure new accounts, and managing our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer portfolio effectively to attain marketing, credit, and profitability objectives
• Ensure quality of existing accounts by pre-screening according to existing credit processes and policies
• Negotiate agreements with dealers, agents, and direct clients

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with fieldwork exposure
• Must possess practical on-the-road experience and hold a valid driver's license
• Trainable and open to learning new skills and industry knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with assigned dealers
