We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team at WeSource Management Consultancy Firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance management role within the online gambling industry.
The Compliance and Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the compliance workload, including scoping, rolling out, and maintaining the compliance framework. Externally, they will be a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and third parties. Internally, they will be a trusted advisor to our audit and operations teams and play a critical role in ensuring company compliance.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and licensing requirements across various jurisdictions. They will also have direct experience of AML, data protection, and responsible gaming management and workloads. Ideally, they will hold a relevant professional qualification in Legal or Compliance fields.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is essential. Proficient with relevant compliance software and audit tools is a must.
