  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing for all product releases to identify and rectify defects
  • Evaluate and design new products to meet customer needs and industry standards
  • Establish and maintain testing standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain unit testing and functional testing prior to product release to prevent delays
  • Oversee test execution and analyze results to ensure adherence to requirements and technical specifications
  • Generate regular reports on testing performance to inform business decisions
  • Coordinate training and development programs for the functional team to enhance testing capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software testing and development
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to document complex software defects
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks of moderate to high complexity
  • Experience in the restaurant and/or retail industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City
