Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to colleagues to drive awareness of the value of our Individual Marketplace.

We are looking for a motivated, independent learner who can effectively develop quantitative results for internal clients using established models. The ideal candidate will have some experience with health care insurance, strong problem-solving skills, and technical ability, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other applications designed for manipulating large datasets.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to manage high volumes of work, build internal relationships, and deliver exceptional performance in areas such as client satisfaction, intellectual capital development, individual and people development, and financial contributions.
