Streamline Campaigns

As a skilled Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth campaign execution. This involves managing CRM accounts, pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations in Go High Level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage CRM accounts, pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations in Go High Level to optimize campaign execution.
  • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within the platform to drive conversions.
  • Integrate Go High Level with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices to maintain high engagement rates.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
