Director of BFSI Training and Quality

This role is responsible for driving the strategic oversight and execution of training and quality initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive training and quality strategy to support business objectives in BFSI.
  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver tailored training curriculums focused on BFSI processes, regulatory requirements, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance Framework: Establish and refine quality assurance programs, including process audits, call monitoring, transaction reviews, and root cause analyses.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training and quality programs adhere to domestic and international regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage high-performing teams of trainers, quality analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams to drive end-to-end quality and training initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines industry knowledge with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing training and quality frameworks.

This leader will drive organizational excellence, regulatory compliance, and service innovation by leveraging deep industry expertise and vision.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional knowledge of BFSI operations, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive training and quality strategies.

In this position, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive quality and training initiatives forward.

You will also be expected to develop and implement effective quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
