Job Overview

Lead Data Quality Analyst is responsible for managing and owning assigned reviews with the team on the respective DCRM lifecycle process. This includes Intake, Root Cause analysis, Impact Assessment, Disposition, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage senior relationships with data stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement of the process.
  • Drive appropriate behavior and discipline of data teams through observations and discussions.
  • Oversee metrics reporting process for the process under review.
  • Interact with iQA and/or IA to address CAPs, RBCM, and other commitments undertaken by the DCRM iRR team.
  • Lead project management activities and create presentation materials to support strategic vision.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Banking or Finance industry preferred.
  • Experience with DCRM process and procedures, and CDGP.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across various stakeholders.
  • Optimizes work processes with a focus on continuous improvement; able to balance big picture with attention to detail.
  • Organizational savvy: understands systems and management processes; knows where to find information and how to interpret it.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred.
