We're seeking a highly skilled GenAI Marketing Specialist to join our team at OLIVER. As a specialist, you'll play a vital role in developing effective strategies for beauty and wellness brands, combining your passion for beauty with AI capabilities.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll apply Gen AI tools in insight discovery and strategy development, creating compelling brand narratives using AI-powered insights. You'll also support the development of strategic frameworks and methodologies, implementing AI tools in strategic planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-enhanced strategic solutions for beauty brands
  • Collaborate with creative teams on AI implementation
  • Present strategic work to clients
  • Support senior strategists on larger initiatives
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need 4-7 years of experience in strategy, specifically in the beauty or related sectors. Your understanding of beauty industry dynamics and experience with AI tools and applications are essential.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to develop actionable insights
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
