Craft captivating video presentations that showcase properties in the best possible light.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit high-quality videos using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.
- Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
- Complete one full video within a shift; deliver a second video from that batch the next day.
- Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources (drone and ground), ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
- Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately, especially for high-stakes listings or brand-driven content.
You will also be responsible for exporting and optimizing videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Requirements:- A strong background in editing and a passion for visual storytelling.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The comfort level receiving and executing on client feedback.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. You must stay up-to-date with current high-quality real estate video trends.
