Business Services Coordinator

At Offshore Business Processing, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our HR department, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, safety, and office management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process, including welcome sessions and HR/payroll account setup.
- Ensure timely updates of employee records, manage document storage, and maintain digital and physical archives.
- Review and assist in payroll processing, monitoring performance reviews.
- Deliver counseling sessions, facilitate group workshops (FGDs), and organize HR orientation events as required.
- Address employee grievances and enforce company policies through fair investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with HRS and HRM to design, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the front desk, engage with clients, answer calls, and greet visitors warmly.
- Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders by fostering clear communication.
- Evaluate and optimize equipment condition, ensuring prompt maintenance and upgrades.
- Manage facilities logistics, schedule work shifts, and oversee support functions.
- Sustain compliance with quality standards (QMS) and relevant regulations.
- Participate actively in maintaining a harmonious workplace culture.
