We are seeking an Onsite Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Love, Bonito. As a specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing onsite strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute onsite strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention
  • Balance between brand messaging communications and commercial driven messaging onsite to ensure cohesiveness
  • Partner cross-functional teams to create globally impactful 360-deg experiences for customers

Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges:

  • Deep understanding of customer journey and behaviour online to enhance user experience
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and optimise the website to improve conversion rates and increase revenue per traffic, and reduce bounce rate
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders e.g. Data, Product, Marketing, Merchandising

You should have:

  • A passion for marketing and storytelling with a strong consumer instinct
  • Ability to think strategically in a customer-centric, user-driven way
  • A self-starter, resourceful, proactive and hands-on approach with a bias for action
  • Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve and think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
  • Strong communication skills to inspire and influence internal stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in fashion and general female consumer products

  • Proficient in basic copywriting
