  • Negotiation skills and experience in procurement and supply chain management are highly valued.
  • Previous experience in the food industry or FMCG companies is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or WPS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and conflict resolution with local and international suppliers.
  • Ability to handle supplier concerns and make resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in processing purchase orders and CRFs via online systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good negotiation skills, high integrity, analytical thinking, strong comprehension, communication, teamwork, patience, customer service orientation, resourcefulness, persistence, and effective workload management.
