Job Description:

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Manager to join its Manila Shared Services Centre. This role entails leading process improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process mapping, analysis, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process simplification strategies, leveraging lean methodologies to eliminate waste and standardize operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on process improvement techniques and lean principles.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in leading process improvement initiatives, including at least 2 years of process mapping and analysis experience.
* Strong knowledge of lean management principles and tools, such as Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
