Job Description

As a senior QA automation lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

  • Leading the QA automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Proactively identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
  • Exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented leader with strong commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and communication. They should have experience in writing automated tests, testing complex GUIs and APIs, source control management, and knowledge in testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality.
